Here you will find a unique balance between relaxation and quick access to the city's main attractions. It is located very close to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the AZCA financial district, and shopping areas such as Nuevos Ministerios, and is surrounded by restaurants serving local and international cuisine, cozy cafes, supermarkets, and all the necessary services. The villa is approximately 130 m2 and can accommodate up to 5 people, making it perfect for families, friends, and business trips. It consists of a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two pleasant patios where you can enjoy the city's climate. Downstairs, there's a pleasant, inviting patio with plants and furniture. Once inside, you'll find the comfortable and bright living room with a two-seater sofa, TV, and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, etc.) gives access to the interior patio. On this same floor is the furnished master bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, one with two 0.90 x 1.90 single beds and the other with a single bed, also 0.90 x 1.90. There's a second, separate, full bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, bed linens, towels, a hairdryer, and an iron are provided. My colleagues at Minty Stay will be available for whatever you need and to make your stay as pleasant as possible, ensuring you enjoy a unique experience. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works...
