In the living room there are two sofas for 3 people (one of them is a sofa bed), 2 armchairs, a 55 "SAMSUNG SMART TV and independent air conditioning.There is a dining area with a nice table so that 8 people can eat comfortably. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, ... The master bedroom has a 180x190cm bed, a balcony, fitted wardrobes, Philips 32" TV, independent air conditioning and a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single 105x190cm beds, dressing area, independent air conditioning and a LG TV 28". The bedrooms 3 and 4 are very similar, have a shared balcony, 2 single 90x190cm beds each, wardrobes, independent air conditioning and TV Philipps 24 ". In addition, there are two large additional full bathrooms. All windows/balconys are isolated and the walls, ceilings and floors are insulated thermally and acoustically. The house has 3 beautiful balconies facing Paz Street. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
