The master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. The kitchen has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay and has a breakfast area. The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, so it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
