You get weekly flat cleanings, washer-dryer in the apartment (iron and ironing board too), plus utilities like media, electricity, heating and WIFI. Sounds like everything? It’s not: We also provide all the little household essentials, like tableware and kitchen equipment from bottle opener to the espresso spoon. Mostly we provide a common lounge area or dining zone where you can hang out with your friends and flat-mates. Just bring your suitcase and you’re set. Your flat has many special features! If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- Fill in a quick rental application and send an intro message.
- Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
