The room was originally designed for 2 students: each student had his own bed, big wardrobe, desk, bedside table, bookcase and connection sockets. The entire room will now be set up as a single, large suite for exclusive use. Safe, quiet area, located near BUS stop / pharmacy / supermarkets and activities. PRICE: 510€ ALL bills and expenses included (electricity, gas, water, high speed internet, trash & condo fees...) + 350€ one time fee that include registration of the contract, taxes of registration, insurance that includes any eventuality for the student, supply of mattress cover and monthly cleaning of the common parts.
