I'm renting out the room I normally live in as I am abroad during this period. In this room there is a comfortable sofa bed, a desk with chair, two chests of drawers and a closet. There is also a balcony. From the window you can see the path and a few trees behind the house. The apartment is located between Alter Teichweg station (U1), which is a 9-minute walk away, and Barmbek station (U3, S1, S11), which is a 16-minute walk away, and Habichtstraße station (U3), which is a 12-minute walk away. The bus is a few minutes' walk away. Rewe, Lidl, Aldi and Penny are close to the apartment. The Fuhlsbüttler Straße with all kinds of stores and a few restaurants and cafés is located near the Barmbek train station...

How rent is calculated

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full.
