This bright 3 room apartment in a wonderful old Berlin building with elevator is very suitable for families, work colleagues or friends who share an apartment. There are chests of drawers, wardrobes and wardrobes to furnish your home. There is also a seating area with a sofa, armchairs and TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a large dining table with chairs, dishes, pots and pans and electrical appliances such as a toaster, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. There is a bath with shower enclosure on the bathtub. The washing machine with dryer is in basement. The area is characterized by small pretty shops, restaurants and cafés as well as cultural offers. It is a good residential area. Supermarkets and an organic market are just a few minutes' walk away. Likewise, the underground station Senefelder Platz of the U2 line and the TRAM M2 are in the immediate vicinity. We do run a hotel and hostel in the neighborhood and are happy to answer any questions during reception hours. Outside of these times there is an emergency call service. We clean the apartment bi-weekly and also change bed linen and towels. This service is included in the rent. Additional cleaning services can be booked. In this case there are additional costs. Washing machine available in the communal laundry room. This is a residential building.
