Upon request, we are pleased to provide you with a certificate of accommodation. Please be aware that, following the completion of the booking for each resident, the landlord requires the submission of the following documents for verification purposes: Copy of ID card Employment contract Proof of salary Note: Special regulations apply for students, including the provision of national guarantees or advance payment of the entire rent. Kindly note that move-ins are only possible on working days, Monday to Friday, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., while move-outs are scheduled for the end of the month.
