The residential area is quiet in a hardly traveled game road (only residents drive here). Sunny terrace in south/ east location with some lawn. Ideal for families with children. Please note that the renovation will be finished by the end of June. That for there are not all rooms finished yet. So there are more pictures to come when rooms get finished...
