Also on the ground floor, you'll find the spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A graceful stone staircase in the living room leads up to the mezzanine floor, where a relaxation area awaits—a small living room characterized by an elongated stone seat. From here, you can access the kitchen, featuring a distinctive sloping roof. Situated on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator up to the third floor, the apartment requires ascending a flight of stairs. A mandatory weekly fee for deep cleaning and changing of linens is required (specified as "Other" in the listing), as well as a one-time admin fee to be paid at check-in, and a deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay in case of no damage. Please note that arrivals after 20:00 hours will incur an additional fee of 30 EUR, while arrivals after 00:00 will be subject to a fee of 60 EUR.
