Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. APARTMENT The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The center piece of this room is its stylish kitchen island where you can hang out, cook together or invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates. PROPERTY Located in a quite backyard it is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. The building offers a cozy community room to meet the others in the house. How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
