Hi guys! Starting now, we are renting out 2 rooms in this lovely 2-room-apartment in Berlin Lankwitz. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, bed+mattress+protector, table+ table lamp, chair and multicontact plugs. The beds are 1,40x2,00 meters and 0,90x2,00 meters. Shown in this one is the smaller bed. Provided will be a whole bed equipment set, so: Blanket, sheet, pillow, etc. The kitchen has a washing machine, water cooker, toaster, oven, cooking field, fridge+freezer and cooking equipment, as well as plates, cups, etc. Also provided will be a cleaning mop, clotheshorse and a vacuum. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Included in the rent will be internet, heating, water and electricity usage. Not included is the radio tax, which has to be shared by the 2 roommates. All rentable rooms can be locked up. There is also a basement box for storage, which the 2 roommates share. The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly or via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys...

Flexible cancellation
If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
