We rent 1 flat share room from the 1st of September to the 31st of October 2024 (only for one month). All additional costs are included in the price! At the back there is a beautiful garden for communal use, for barbecuing or chilling out and a great bike shed. In about 2-5 minutes you can reach the subway station Habichtstraße. All shops for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. In about 5-7 minutes by bike you are at the city park and city park lake.
