Because you just want to relax in the flat. A magnificent view, a terrace where you can relax "facing the sea" in complete privacy. A kitchen that invites you to prepare the evening meal, because tonight there's no need to go to the restaurant on the beach, the show's right in front of you. A bedroom for the parents, a bedroom for the children and a sofa bed for friends who come to visit. So I promise, I'll be down for a swim later on! Nicolas and Alexandra have entrusted us with their 65 m2, fully air-conditioned, walk-through flat. Parents' bedroom with king-size bed (160cm wide), large wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate WC with washbasin. Fully air-conditioned flat located on the 3rd floor with lift. Municipal parking down the street. We liked: its uninterrupted view of the sea, very nice renovation, excellent quality of equipment, large terrace, lift, air-conditioned flat. The flat is equipped with every comfort. Free high-speed Internet access. WIFI. Television. Bus, bus line 131 Palavas, bus every hour to Montpellier. Car, Montpellier sud motorway exit. Montpellier Méditerranée airport 10 minutes away. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
