We are looking for a nice couple or single person for our beautiful and modern apartment in very central location in Europacity from 13 December 2024 to 28 February 2025 for a sublet. The apartment has two rooms: a kitchen with all appliances, a living room with sofa, large TV and a work desk, a spacious bathroom and rear facing quiet bedroom with a bed, a work desk and a view of inner garden. The apartment has fast wifi which is perfect for home office. There are plants all over the apartment and therefore we would like the subtenant to take care of them during the stay (watering at least every 2 weeks). Nearby options: In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find Rewe, dm, Aldi for shopping, and cafes and restaurants. The apartment is directly connected with bus 147. Berlin Hbf is only 950m away. About subletting: The apartment will be sublet as fully furnished, and has a balcony, which can also be used. There is a little flexibility on the end date, as we are back in Berlin on February 28 2025. The total rent per month is 1600 Euro which includes warm rent, electricity, and internet. The deposit is 1500 Euro. No parties are allowed! A short visit in person would be ideal. The subletting is possible only with a signed contract...
