L'alloggio è 30 metri quadri circa. Composto da bagno con doccia, cucina e salotto con divano letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale ed un armadio, un balcone fronte mare. Al piano di sotto si trova un locale ristorante. L'alloggio è molto colorato e accogliente. Appena si scende si arriva in spiaggia. Non è necessario attraversare la strada per arrivare in spiaggia. A destra si trova la Darsena e sinistra un fiume con una passeggiata tra il verde. Non c'è posto auto ma è possibile parcheggiare dove si trova posto lungo le vie in maniera gratuita. Vicino alla fiera, al centro città, a marina centro, al supermercato, pub, ristoranti...
