The apartment is situated in Oltrarno and nearby San Frediano one of the coolest area in Florence for its ancient ateliers, workshops, and traditional wine restaurants and bars. The tramway stop to the apartment is Paolo Uccello. The city centre and Santa Maria rail station can be reached by the tramway (three stops) and on foot in 15 minutes from the apartment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small building and it has been recently restored according to the typical Tuscan style with wooden beams and red bricks. It consists of a large and elegant sitting room with a sofa and a TV to relax ; a very well equipped kitchen with all comforts to cook: oven, microwave oven, cooker, freezer and refrigerator, some dish-ware , pots and pans. In the kitchen there is a wooden table with four chairs. The bathroom is comfortable and stylish with a large shower . Bedroom number 1 has a kingsize bed with sheets, two pillows and a duvet, a large wardrobe , a bookshelf, and the air conditioner....
