Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated apartments, where you bring the spirit and we take care of the rest! Our large number of co-living apartments all consist of spacious and bright rooms in a modern design. The best part is, everything is already fully furnished. In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow! We are a young and international community located in ‘Mitte’, which ist the most central and one of the trendiest areas in Berlin. The neighborhood is renowned for its historical, cultural, and commercial significance, making it a focal point for both locals and tourists. Friedrichstraße is home to a variety of cultural attractions, museums, theaters, and galleries. Along the street, you'll also find a mix of high-end boutiques, department stores, and international brands. Furthermore it is easily accessible by public transportation, with several U-Bahn (subway lines U6, U5 and U2) Bus lines and S-Bahn (suburban train lines S1, S2, S25, S26, S3, S5, S7 and S9) stations nearby. Services / facilities that are INCLUDED in the price: - heating, electricity, water - high speed internet - fitness room - community manager - great location - laundry room (including washing machine & dryer). Please note that although a common laundry room is included in the price, the costs per washing cycle / program are paid individually (2,80€ washing machine & 2,50€ dryer) and are therefore not included in the overall price. Check-in /out: - Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00 (A check in outside our working hours is possible upon availability of some of our community managers and with an additional charge of 60,00€.) - The key transfer will take place at Village M (you will receive the address once your booking is confirmed) IMPORTANT!!! How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
  • Less than 7 days away – No refund

How to rent this place
