There is no washing machine in the apartment, but a self laundry is down the street. The apartment is situated in the center of Lyon, in the quiet area of Montchat (Lyon 3rd arrondissement). All commodities in the street : bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants, ... It is also very close (less than 100 meters) from the tram station of Reconnaissance-Balzac (Tram 3, direct line to Part-Dieu station and the largest shopping center in France) and bus stop (C9 and C26 to the scientific university Lyon 1). A safe bike parking is available in the backyard of the building. A Velo’v station is in the street (bicycle sharing system). The room is to rent till August 31st.
