The room is 12m2, bright, furnished with a semi-double bed (120cm) a desk, a chair, wardrobe, mirror. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared with two other students (a boy and a girl). There is no washing machine in the apartment, but a self laundry is very close in the street. The apartment is situated in the quiet area of Montchat (Lyon 3rd arrondissement) , very close from the tram station of Reconnaissance-Balzac (Tram 3) and bus stops (C9 and C26). All commodities in the street : bakery, supermarket, self laundry, ... A safe bike parking is available in the backyard of the building. A Velo’v station is in the street (bicycle sharing system). We will rent the room for at least 4 month. It will be available the 1st of October. Please do not contact us now if you are not interested in a rental at this date....
