Welcome to my happy studio :-) The apartment is fully and recently renovated and it ́s located in the very city center in Malasaña vibrant neighborhood, also 3 minutes from Plaza de España and Gran Vía. You have bars, restaurants, groceries, trendy shops, galleries, gym and all types of services in the area, but also close transportation if needed. Metro Noviciado L2, metro Plaza de España L3 and L10 and metro Santo Domingo L2 are just around the corner, as well as many bus lines (2, 3, 46, 74, 75, 147, 148 and night buses N16, N18, N19, N20 and N21) and rental bike stations. Although in the very heart of city, it is a quiet property as it is located in an antique courtyard from the 19th century, so no need to worry about the noise. It is on first floor (out of 2) with nice light and no elevator (not possible to fit one). It is fully furbished and carefully equipped, so I believe it has everything you need for a great stay, with details such as smart tv, coffee maker, hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hot water kettle, iron (probably not using it that much, but there it is, just in case!), etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and utensils, such as stove, oven and blender. The studio has high ceilings of over 10 feet and an open space that includes living room-dining room and the double bed bedroom. There is also a sofa that can be converted into a single bed, which could be really convenient to receive some friend short visit during your stay. Supplies (electricity, water and internet) are included up to 100€ per month. There is NO administration or agency fee (typically one entire month) in my apartment, as I handle it directly. Deposit is required (sorry, had a bad experience earlier), which will be fully returned to you at the end of the contract, if no damage is caused to the apartment....

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
  • Less than 7 days away – No refund
