Welcome to my home! A calming respite just 8 minutes from the embankments of the Saône, my home is a rustic Canut converted into a contemporary duplex. Perched above the rooftops of Vieux Lyon, it offers a stunning panoramic view of the city and one of the only hanging gardens in Old Lyon, a rare and peaceful escape. The apartment is ideal for couples who want to stay close to downtown Lyon while enjoying a quiet retreat, far from the traffic and crowds. Guests will be nestled in laid-back Vieux Lyon, surrounded by Renaissance-era mansions, picturesque cobbled roads, and charming cafés and boutiques. The duplex is 15m2 with a tiny winding staircase that leads to the bedroom. The living area is where guests will find all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, with a small high table with two sets of bar stools, a small kitchen that's more than capable of cooking full meals, a mini-fridge, an electric hob and an exhaust ventilator. Make yourself a warming latte or a strong black brew with the complimentary coffee machine provided. Upstairs, the bedroom has a low-slung ceiling that lends an inviting ambience, but taller people will have to mind their heads. It has a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a work desk with a window.
