The famous Bergmannkiez (restaurants, cafes, bars) is 350m away. The wooden floors, the bathroom, the kitchen and all the appliances are new. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, kettle and all dishes/glasses/pans , etc. are new. The rent includes all utilities such as water, heating, electricity, and 250mbit cable internet from Vodafone.
