The flat is on the first floor, there is a very big living room with a large kitchen with balcony -- one big bathroom , and two very large, airy and bright double rooms -- In total the apartament is for 4 persons It is located in the Porta Romana area, less than 15 minutes walk from the centre, 15 minutes from Via de Bardi, just outside the ztl (very well served area, residential, safe, and with all services at hand under the house: post office, shops, bars, ice cream parlour, bakery, bus stops) MONTHLY RENTAL : € 300 for each bed in double bedroom shared -- CONDOMINUM : € 35 for each person-- RENTAL PERIOD: from septemebr for 12 months contract.
