In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there's another half bathroom in the apartment, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The heart of Cremano is the living room, which features a rustic beach theme through the use of wood and gray coastal tones. A cozy sitting area and entertainment system are at your disposal, providing a place to unwind. Adjacent to the living area is the dining room, furnished with a dining table. A unique feature is the lofted office space accessible via a charming set of stairs from the dining room. This dedicated workstation provides a peaceful atmosphere for work or study. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom allows you to adjust the indoor climate to your liking, providing a cool and refreshing environment. If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
