The flat is on the 4th floor, in the back building and thus very quiet. It is part of a traditional Berlin building with high ceilings, wooden floors and is fully furnished. At less than 10 minutes walk there are an olympic indoor swimming pool, a hospital, medical center, restaurants , cafes and bakeries.
