Kitchen equipped with washing machine (& integrated dryer), dishwasher, induction cooker & stove. From here you can access the balcony as well as the living room through an open transition. - LIVING ROOM with large corner couch, additional sleeping option on a 1.40m mattress (otherwise another chill corner), also facing the street with large windows, therefore very bright. - BATHROOM with shower & toilet. - HALLWAY with access to all rooms. - BALCONY facing the street. Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
