The room is exterior with a balcony, has a wardrobe, table, chair, double bed. utilities (gas, elect, internet, water) are included in the price with limit (20 eur). 1 month deposit. You can start in October. We are looking for someone responsible, clean, fun. Rarely Nora is coming with her partner, those days we would be 3 + you. - More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
