Both bedrooms also boast ensuite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience. One of the bathrooms even features a luxurious bathtub, inviting you to indulge in a soothing soak after a long day of exploring. The living room is a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment with perfect beach themed decorations bringing a sense of relaxation and tranquility to the space. Equipped with a full entertainment system, you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows. A dedicated workstation is also available, providing a quiet space to catch up on work or stay connected with loved ones. The dining table offers a cozy spot to enjoy meals or engage in lively conversations. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven. It comes equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils, allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease. To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, Aversa is equipped with air conditioning, providing a cool and refreshing environment, especially during warm summer days. Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
