You will find a flat screen as well as all pay TV channels (Netflix). There is a large bathroom with storage and a washing machine. You will also find a balcony. The neighborhood: The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the metro line B - Compans Caffarelli. The Capitol is a 15 minute walk and 10 minutes by subway. Rent price: 580 euros (450 euros rent + 130 euros charges) all charges included (water, electricity, internet). No fees will therefore be added. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
