Durch die Superlage der Wohnung können sie mit der S2 und S8, die alle 10 Minuten fahren, und innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten Berlin Mitte besichtigen. Zum Entspannen laden eine Querstraße weiter viele kleine Cafés ein oder in dem angrenzenden idyllischen Park mit See können sie spazieren gehen. Die Miete ist eine Warmmiete und somit haben sie Kostensicherheit über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit....
