The apartment has just been renovated and fully furnished! the apartment is over 110 m2 with 2 separate bathrooms, 2 toilets and large balconies for 3 rooms, the view is magnificent from all rooms, 5th floor with elevator. the apartment is very well placed, spacious and comfortable located less than 5 minutes' walk from Metro Créteil University (10 minutes from Paris), right next to the university UPEC -Paris XII (law, medicine, ..) also near Henri Mondor University Hospital for medical students. The open kitchen is fully equipped (kitchen bar, fridge, freezer, microwave, sink and cupboards, dining table etc). 5 very sunny individual furnished rooms (desk, office chair, double bed 140x190, big dressers, wardrobe, built-in wardrobe etc). Less than a minute walk from supermarkets, cinema shopping center and leisure area, south / west exposure, very sunny, quiet. ideal for students or employees without children Central heating, hot and cold water etc. are included in the charges....
