Hoya’s mountain theme is evident in the open plan living room and kitchen area due to the exposed wooden beams running across the ceiling. There is a full entertainment system and a table for four. The kitchen has been stylishly decorated and boasts ample space to prepare food in. For the summer months, Hoya offers air conditioning throughout the space for maximum comfort. Step past the mountain forestry of the living space to discover Hoya’s terrace, fitted with an outdoor dining area and lounge area; the location is perfect for taking in the spectacular cityscape of Madrid.
