Ich vermiete ein sonniges WG-Zimmer in einer gepflegten Doppelhaushälfte in Hamburg Rahlstedt an eine Angestellte/Studentin/Auszubildende. Das Zimmer wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Du kannst einfach einziehen. Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf ca. 130,00 Euro und sind in der Miete enthalten. Das Haus wurde im letzten Jahr aufwendig renoviert und verfügt neben weiteren Zimmern über zwei Badezimmer, eine volleingerichtete grosse Küche, einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie eine sonnige Terrasse, welche mitbenutzt werden können. Somit gibt es genug Platz, um sich wohlzufühlen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr angenehmen, grünen Wohngegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bushaltestelle sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wenn du gerne joggst oder Rad fährst, ist die Gegend ideal. Die U-Bahn (U1) ist fussläufig erreichbar. In nur 30 Minuten bist du mit der U-Bahn in der City/Hauptbahnhof.
