It is in the 1st floor ( not groundfloo) There is a beautiful chestnut tree in the quiet courtyard. The floor is old floorboards that have been carefully renovated. Bathroom and kitchen are new and beautifully done. The public transport situation is very good, there is a large train station in Gesundbrunnen with regional trains that take you to Hauptbahnhof in 5, Potsdamer Platz in 7 minutes, S-Bahn ring and north-south lines operate, the U8 is a 2-minute walk from the house. In 5 minutes you are in Mitte and in 15 minutes in Kreuzberg. Humboldthain is a 5 minute walk away, a large park with a summer pool, lots of restaurants in a very diverse neighborhood. Large supermarket 7-24h right on the corner(hidden)anic market at the train station in Gesundbrunnen. PLUS: you have a small storage room half a stair up, accessible from the staircase.
