You live in a side street of Schönhauser Allee. It could not be better! The apartment boasts with an brand new kitchen Bathroom and Furniture. The kitchen is equipped with an new cooker oven and a large fridge-freezer. The beds are equipped with a high quality mattress which ensures a good night sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe. We have this room located in a 4 and 5 bedroom apartments in the same building. The size is similar but the design might be a bit different. 🔔Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you`ll NOT be able to move in. A confirmation of transfer is not sufficient. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
