This 2-room apartment in Milan is the perfect place for a group of 3 people to call home during their stay in the city. The apartment, located in a hotel, does not have a living room and there is no sofa, stove, or coffee table in any of the rooms. However, the apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator (and freezer), stove, as well as plenty of counter space for meal prep. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upon request, this apartment can convert the two single beds into a double bed." This apartment offers paid WiFi at a fixed cost of €20.00 per month. Electricity is not included as each unit has its own meter and the reading will be taken monthly and payment of €0.50 per kW will be requested. A washing machine is available for common use at a discounted price of €5.50. All types come with bed and bath linens. A microwave, hairdryer, and ironing board with iron are available upon request and availability. All units have a kettle, electric hot plates (not gas) without a traditional oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer. The two-room and three-room apartments are equipped with air conditioning. For stays of more than one month, if you cancel the following months 7 days before the beginning of the new month, only 5% of each cancelled month will be retained from the deposit. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the following month will be charged. There will be no refund also of the current month in case of early departures. *Cleaning of the apartment is included in the rent and happens on the 10th and the 25th of every month.
