Neukölln is probably the coolest place to be in berlin when it comes to nightlife, art and culture. The flat includes modern furniture, high speed internet, (I regularly test the speed and it's around 270 Mbits down and 46 Mbits up with 12ms ping) a ultra short throw project connect to hifi setup and apple TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is all so a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer....
