It's a 2,5 room apartment. It consist of one living room, one bedroom and also am L shaped kitchen living space. The entire building was modernised 3 years ago. It's located between Körner Park and Tempelhofer Feld. Since it's just a five minute walk to S + U Hermannstr you are perfectly connected to all parts of the city. Neukölln is probably the coolest place to be in berlin when it comes to nightlife, art and culture. The flat includes modern furniture, high speed internet, (I regularly test the speed and it's around 270 Mbits down and 46 Mbits up with 12ms ping) a ultra short throw project connect to hifi setup and apple TV. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is all so a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer....
