For quiet hours, a selection of books is also available. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a 4-plate electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, dish towels, a dining table, and chairs. The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower, washbasin, and WC. 🧺 Building & Shared Amenities The apartment house is divided into three levels and is very well maintained. In the basement, residents have access to a washing machine (available at €5 per wash), a dryer, and ironing equipment. Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
