Room 8 Hi everyone, We’re offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat, complete with a cozy bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. The common areas are equipped with all essentials, including a washing machine and kitchen supplies. Registration (Anmeldung) is possible. The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent, heating, water, internet, and GEZ TV license fee). Move-in dates are available on the 1st or 16th of each month, though flexible arrangements can be discussed. A service fee of €100 and a deposit of €950 are required prior to moving in. This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
