The room is spacious (approx. 22 m2) and comes with all necessary furniture, so you can move in hassle-free. It is equipped with a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed, a desk with a chair and lamp, as well as a wardrobe. Additionally, the room has a balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (except for a dishwasher), where you’ll find everything you need for cooking and dining. The shared bathroom features a bathtub and a toilet. Included in Rent: ✅ Heating, electricity, water, and internet – all included! ✅ Fully furnished room ✅ Cozy and social WG atmosphere ❌ GEZ (TV and radio tax) is not included and must be paid by the tenant. It is shared by all 3 tenants. Location & Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a prime area of Berlin, in Schöneberg.
