In the living/bedroom there is: a comfortable double bed 200x220, also possible as 2x single bed, coffee table, chest of drawers, shelves, dining table with 2 chairs as well as 32" flat screen LCD TV and internet flat rate DSL/WLAN. On the balcony to the backyard There are sun loungers and a table to relax in. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven with grill, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, cutlery, crockery and cooking set. The modern bathroom with bathtub and toilet is kept in bright white. There is a large wardrobe in the hallway. As a free service, we also provide you with bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board, laundry basket and drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner. The house has three terraces and a garden for shared use. Three washing machines and a dryer as well as a bicycle room are in the house. A parking space in the underground car park can also be rented (by arrangement).
