Cozy and filled with natural light thanks to a large double-glazed window (with sheer curtain and external shutter) overlooking a traboule — a traditional, privately-owned passageway that tourists love to discover — this studio includes a living area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with toilet. The layout was designed with an interior architect to optimize both visual and functional space, including a coffee table, writing desk, and bar-style dining table. For maximum comfort, the bed is a real one with a high-density mattress. It folds up in seconds with one hand to reveal a sofa, allowing you to enjoy the living space without sacrificing sleep quality. Arpège Opéra is fully equipped, functional, and tastefully decorated — a true home away from home. Shared with two other apartments on the private landing, a laundry room is available for your use, including a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies — keeping your studio free of clutter.
