The flat comes with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection so you can stay in touch with family and friends, check your emails or stream your favorite shows and find that work-life balance. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. There is a clothes washing machine in the property and a drying rack is provided. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with electric heating. The bedroom is street-facing with a double size bed with a superior quality mattress. All bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property best suited for 2 tenants but can host up to 4 guests. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The Les Halles Station is a 5 minutes’ walk as well, giving you a quick link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly AEports from central Paris. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive information with details regarding arrival, in-stay and departure procedures. A member of our welcoming team will personally greet you to let you in and show you around the property. We’ll remain at your service during the entire stay with 24/7 guest support so you can make maintenance requests, schedule additional cleanings and linen changes (for an additional fee), extend your stay and more. Our professional housekeeping staff cleans and sanitises each property between each reservation, following a rigorous checklist from public health authorities and cleaning and disinfecting all high touch areas and hard surfaces. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
