Our 24-27 sqm Suites M for stays over 28 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. The Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m) including a modern smart TV and a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. In case of dirty laundry, you can wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us in just one room. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. In case of any questions regarding our Suites, do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that the price may not include a city tax, which is charged separately by the provider! You will receive the access codes on the day of arrival by e-mail. Please note: In order for us to generate your personal access code, you must complete our online check-in. You will receive the link and instructions by e-mail after your booking. Unsere 24-27 qm großen Suites M für Aufenthalte über 28 Nächte wurden nach unseren höchsten modernen Standards eingerichtet. Die Suites verfügen über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit kleinem Essbereich, ein bequemes Boxspringbett (1,60 m) mit modernem Smart-TV sowie ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, damit Du Dich wie zu Hause fühlen kannst. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschküche zu waschen. Dein Apartment bietet also alles, was Du auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt bei uns brauchst in lediglich einem Zimmer. Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine nicht stornierbare wöchentliche Reinigung der Suite. Bitte beachte, dass wir einen Aufpreis von 20% der Monatsmiete bei weiteren Personen berechnen. Wir bieten keine Wohnungsbesichtigungen vor Ort an. Solltest Du jedoch Fragen zu unseren Suites haben, zögere nicht, uns zu kontaktieren. Bitte beachte, dass in dem Preis ggf. eine City Tax nicht inkludiert ist, die vom Anbieter separat erhoben wird! Die Zugangscodes erhältst Du am Anreisetag per E-Mail. How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
