Refundable at the end of the stay, after checking the room-house (discounting only possible damages, etc). For rentals from the 1st of September onwards will have a minimum stay of 5 months. Utilities will be included up to 200 euros, including WIFI, electricity, gas, insurance, general building expenses, costs over that, which are not expected, will be split amongst the tenants....
