The district is served by public transport lines and can be easily reached from the central station (2.4 km). A short distance away there are various activities and services (Decathlon, Old Wilde West, Sports Centre, Supermarkets, Shopping Centre, Bars/Pubs and Restaurants) and it is possible to spend your free time in the open air thanks to the city parks/green areas and the cycle path / pedestrian path of the Piovego river. The apartment has been renovated and consists of 4 single and 1 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an attic composed of a single bedroom, a double bedroom, a shared bathroom. Living room, fully equipped kitchen (pots, plates, cutlery, etc.), hob, 1 electric oven and 1 microwave oven, n. 2 refrigerators, WI-FI, TV, washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning in every room, dedicated garage for cars/bicycles. The apartment is located on the fifth floor with an attic with direct access to the terrace. The area is completely fenced and there is concierge staff and night surveillance service. Each room is delivered including: sheets, blankets, duvet with a single large bed, wardrobes, desk, bookcase, air conditioning. An initial fixed contribution of 150 euros is required for entry into the apartment for the drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamp duties) and 200 euros for cleaning/sanitizing at check out. L’appartamento è situato al piano quinto e con attico con accesso diretto area verde. L’area è interamente recintata ed è presente il personale di Portineria e servizio di sicurezza notturno. Ogni stanza viene consegnata comprensiva di: letto, lenzuola, coperte, piumone, cuscino, armadi, scrivania, presa TV, libreria, climatizzatore. Ubicato in via Luigi Pellizzo, consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi le varie facoltà Universitarie, il Portello, L’Azienda Ospedaliera ed il Centro cittadino. Il quartiere è servito dalle linee del trasporto pubblico ed è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale (2,4 Km). A breve distanza sorgono numerose attività e servizi (Decathlon, Old Wilde West, Centro Sportivo, Supermercati, Centro Commerciale, Bar/Pub e ristoranti) ed è possibile trascorrere il tempo libero all’aria aperta grazie ai parchi cittadini/aree verdi ed all’itinerario ciclo/pedonale del fiume Piovego.
