The bedroom is very bright and it is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. Electric shutter and air conditioning are present in the room. From bedroom’s balcony you can admire an open view on Torino’s hill. A big supermarket is 1 minute walking from the apartment and around you can also find café, some good restaurant, pastry shop and pharmacy. Public transport for the city center (line 4) is 4 minutes walking, for Politecnico (line 10) is 7 minutes walking. Please be aware that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. Please consider to add 180 euro for the contract registration and 250 euro per year for the insurance (commensurate with the months of accommodation, for example for 8 months of accommodation the amount is 166 euro). These amounts (180+250 euro) are one-off. The price for renting the apartment is for one person. The price to add for the extra person would be 100 € per month (about 3 € per day), so in this case the total price per month would be 990+100=1.090 €.
