One bedroom apartment located in Sant Andreu area. In a pedestrian street, very calm and nice little neighborhood. Very close to Fabra y Puig ( L1) metro station that leads you to Plaza Cataluña in few minutes. The area is super trendy, full of tapa bars, bars, supermarkets. The apartment has all necessary items: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, towels and sheets . Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 90€ every month.
