Zur Ausstattung gehören eine voll möblierte Küche, ein gemütliches Boxspringbett (1,20m) und ein aktueller Smart-TV sowie ein privates Badezimmer mit bodentiefer Regendusche, damit Du Dich wie zuhause fühlst. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschküche zu waschen. Deine Suite bietet daher in einem Zimmer alles, was Du für Deinen Aufenthalt benötigst. Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine nicht stornierbare wöchentliche Reinigung der Suite. Bitte beachte, dass wir einen Aufpreis von 20% der Monatsmiete bei weiteren Personen berechnen. Wir bieten keine Wohnungsbesichtigungen vor Ort an. They are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, a comfortable box spring bed (1.20m) and an up-to-date smart TV, as well as a private bathroom including a rain shower to make you feel at home. If you need to clean some dirty laundry, you can wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Your Suite therefore offers everything you need for your stay in just one room. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
